The present invention relates to swimming gloves, which are designed in such a way that the fingers can be spread in them, producing pressing surfaces which are so large and without gaps that a much better swimming result than with bare hands is produced. The time saved with these swimming gloves is of great value when people are to be rescued out of the water and in general they help the swimmer to cope with currents etc. with greater facility. These swimming gloves are therefore also suitable for reducing the number of bathing accidents, which occur time and time again.
