PURPOSE:To unify the form of a panel body in one type and the forming pattern of the panel body also in one pattern consequently so as to reduce the cost, by furnishing a gearing hole at the installing groove to install the molding therein. CONSTITUTION:The upper farther side of an instrument panel 4 is formed of a garnish 2, and from the upper near side to the front side of the panel 4 is formed of a panel body 4. At the panel body 4 are installed a globe box implanting hole 16 and an air conditioner blowing outlet 18, and the upper brim is fixed along the near side brim of the garnish 2 by a screw 19, while the lower brim is fixed at a lower member 20 by a screw 22. Furthermore, at the front in the left half surface of the panel body 4 is formed a pad fixing groove 24, at the gearing hole 38 of which is installed a molding 26 with a chip.
