PURPOSE:To obtain the stable picture regardless of the vibration of the support of the photographing device by cancelling the rotating force to be generated by shifting the center of gravity of the barrel part by means of the rotating force to be generated in accordance with the output signal of the gravity center position detecting means. CONSTITUTION:When a special optical adjustment is executed, namely, when a shifting lens 103 is at the special position, and adjustment is mechanically executed so that the center of gravity of the barrel part 101 may come onto a turning shaft 106, and the center of gravity of the barrel part 101 is shifted to the position dislocated from the turning shaft 106, following the shifting of the shifting lens 103. The gravity center position detecting means composed of a lens position detecting device 112 and a gravity center position detecting device 112 to detect the gravity center position of the barrel part 101 shifted by the change of the optical adjustment of the lens part 102 is provided, and in accordance with the output signal, the rotating force is generated by an actuator 107. Thus, the dislocation of the optical axis to be generated by the change of the gravity position of the barrel part 101 is prevented.
