PURPOSE:To improve the thermal efficiency of a heating furnace by partly opening heater supporting porcelains provided on the inner surface of a tubular furnace body, and projecting a heat beam from a heater mounted on the porcelain axially of the body. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of heater supporting porcelains 21 for holding a heater 22 are projected inside a tubular furnace body 20. The heater 22 is held by a heater supporting holes 24 of the porcelains 21, and a heat beam from the heater 22 is emitted axially of the body 20. A gold plating layer 23 is, for example, formed as a heat beam reflecting surface inside the body 20. According to the construction, the thermal efficiency is improved, and the furnace temperature rising and falling times can be shortened.
