Provided is a magnet adhesive member that comprises a rare-earth magnet adhered to a soft magnetic material and that can be reutilized while ensuring material strength, without having to dissolve the resulting rare-earth magnet, for example, even if the member has broken apart as a result of heating, after having been subjected to heat-cycle loading for an extended period. The magnet adhesive member comprises a Nd-Fe-B magnet and a soft magnetic material that are adhered using adhesive, wherein the adhesive has a non-silicone chief component with an elastic modulus of 5 × 106 to 5 × 107 Pa at a frequency of 0.1 Hz in a minimum use temperature region of 10°C or lower when cooled, and is such that, in a comparison of dynamic elastic moduli at frequencies of 20 Hz and 0.1 Hz, the elastic modulus at 0.1 Hz is not more than 60% of the elastic modulus at 20 Hz, the adhesive having a thickness of not less than 30 μm, and a thermal stress produced in the magnet by adhesion being not more than 10 MPa in terms of von Mises equivalent stress. |
