PURPOSE:To obtain proper temperature and proper airflow amount for a necessary room and minimize the power of fans by a method wherein the fans for each diffusers are operated independently and the revolving number of compressor in a refrigerant circuit is controlled by a variable frequency inverter. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of air-conditioned air is detected by a temperature detector 308 and a signal is sent into the variable frequency inverter 105 to control the revolving number of compressor 101 in the refrigerant circuit 106 and keep the temperature of air sent into first ventilating path 4 within the range of about 22 deg.C-24 deg.C. On the other hand, second ventilating paths 6, branched from the first ventilating path 4, are provided with diffuser boxes 5 respectively while dampers, opened by suction negative pressure of fans 503, 503 and closed by the gravities thereof, are attached to the diffuser boxes. According to this method, respective fans 503 are operated individually in accordance with the necessities therefor, therefore, it does not affect to the other diffusers and air of proper temperature and proper amount may be sent into necessary minimum.
