PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of avoiding training biased by a user's preference, and avoiding the induction of a hurt or an injury due to a forced body motion by analyzing the training by comparing evaluation values of parameters based on motion data between the user and other users.SOLUTION: A training management system 10 includes: data detection means 12 for detecting motion data on a user's motion; parameter calculation means 14 for calculating motion information indicating information on the motion performed by the user based on the detected motion data; evaluation value calculation means 18 for calculating the user's evaluation value based on the motion information; comparison object acquisition means 24 for acquiring evaluation values of other users; and comparison means 22 for comparing the user's evaluation value with the evaluation values of other users.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
