PURPOSE:To inspect ocularly the contents of NC program simply, quickly and precisely by displaying the tool track on a CRT display with the device held at a standstill as it has been. CONSTITUTION:NC program is set in a logic circuit 15 prior to inspection of the same. An NC program inspecting device 13 sets the display contents and its sequence in order to display on a CRT display on the basis of the analytical data given by an NC program analyzer 14, and the necessary data for displaying are entered in the CRT display 34 via a display data table 33. Thus the contents of NC program, i.e. track of electrode motion, the coordinates for the electrode corresponding to this track of motion, or the shape of electrode specified by the NC program and the configuration as processed result with said electrode etc. are put out to the CRT display 34. Thereby it can be ocularly inspected simply, quickly and precisely whether the prepared NC program makes the specified processing.
