PURPOSE:To detect the phase angles of an electric power generator and a turbine system precisely by inputting the electric moment of the electric power generator and the mechanical moment of the turbine system and estimating the phase difference mass points by regarding a rotational frequency at one mass point as the quantity of correction. CONSTITUTION:A state observing instrument 1 estimates the quantity X of state from a specific expression on the basis of the electric moment MG, such as the voltage, current, etc., of the electric power generator, which is supplied through an electric moment detector D1 and the vapor moment MD of turbines 3, 5, 51, and 52 simulated by a vapor moment simulator 9. At this time, the rotational frequency nM of the turbine 3 which is one of the quantities of state is employed and the deviation from an estimated value based upon an observation matrix 12 is fed back to a control matrix 13. Then, this feedback quantity Z is estimated from the specific expression as the quantity of correction. The estimated value of the rotational frequency calculated as mentioned above and the phase difference between respective mass points are supplied to a phase angle computing element 2, which detect the quantities of variation in phase angle at mass points 4, 51, 52, 6, and 7. |
