PURPOSE:To efficiently and surely reclaim a worn-out tube by a method wherein, firstly, the interior of the tube is cleansed, secondly, film of bonding agent is formed onto the inner wall surface of the tube and finally hose-shaped member is strongly bonded onto said inner wall surface. CONSTITUTION:In a first stage, foreign matters adhered onto the inner wall surface 5 of a tube are removed and the surface 5 is cleansed with a sweeper 1 and dried by heated air sent in the tube. In a second stage, film of bonding agent is formed onto the inner wall surface of the tube or no film is formed. In a third stage, a flexible hose-like member 10 is inserted in the tube so as to be turned inside out by the air pressure 13 in order to be strongly bonded or contacted by the adherent film formed on the inner wall surface 5 of the tube with the inner wall surface. In a fourth stage, the flexible hose-like member made of thermosetting synthetic resin is directly heated by heated air 14 or the like in order to be cured. Thus, the hose-like member can be much efficiently inserted in the tube and affixed onto the inner wall surface of the tube and at the same time be surely cured. |
