METHOD FOR PREPARING SMALL QUANTITY AND MULTIVARIETY CHEMICAL PRODUCTS

PURPOSE:To enable simultaneous preparation of multiple varieties, by supplying stock materials to a drum and performing predetermined reaction treatment in the drum during a period when said drum is successively arranged and moved to the predetermined process machineries of a process station. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing robot 1 moves to the position of an elevator and a drum 15 is carried to the uppermost stage of the elevator 35 at said position to be delivered to a product charging robot 37. The product charging robot 37 having grasped the drum 15 is moves above product silos 39 and charges the product in the drum 15 in the indicated silo. Each of the products stored in the silos 39 by this method is received in a bag 45 through a hopper 41 if necessary by a bagging robot 55 having a sensor 53 and placed on a pallet cart 49 as a product bag 51 to be carried to a product warehouse before delivered.
