PURPOSE:To reduce a cost and simplify an operation process, by setting a hot well tank, in which condensed water of a turbine and drain of a mixed gas generator are mixed with each other, and which feeds this water to a boiler and a feed water heater. CONSTITUTION:Condensed water of a turbine 8 which is rotated by sending steam from a boiler 6 and a mixed gas generator 4, is fed to a hot well tank 9. Drain of the mixed gas generator 4 is also fed to the hot well tank 9. Pressure of the condensed water and the drain, which are mixed well with each other in this hot well tank 9, is raised by a feed water pump 3, and the water is fed to the boiler 6 and a feed water heater 7 which feeds hot water to the mixed gas generator 4. In this way, a a cost can be reduced, and an operation process can be simplified, as effective suction pressure of the feed water pump can be insured, and a drain pump is made to be unnecessary.
