PURPOSE:To enable a head to be made small in size, by a method wherein vibrating parts disposed in a comb-tooth form in a vibrating unit are arranged slantwise against the straight line connecting the tip ends of respective comb- tooth. CONSTITUTION:In a vibrating unit 13, respective comb-tooth are so arranged as to incline at an angle of beta deg against the line connecting the tip ends of respective comb-tooth 131, 132...138 (the line on a nozzle). Accordingly, since the respective comb teeth are disposed lengthwise along a head, an additional overhang is not required to be set on the head with the comb-tooth each having a constant width. As a result, the small-size head of W2<W1 width can be realized. |
