PURPOSE:To obtain a device operating at high speed by low power consumption by mounting a Josephson line loop, a fluxion stopping section, a current source controlling the behavior of a fluxion and an output circuit capable of receiving output currents from the fluxion. CONSTITUTION:There is a Josephson line 1 formed by holding a junction section 4 between a pair of superconductors 2, 3, and a current source 18 supplying the terminal section of said line with currents Ie for generating a fluxion is connected between each one terminal section 6, 7 in the longitudinal direction of both superconductors while an output circuit 17 such as a load resistor, which can lead out currents from the fluxion travelling to said terminal section, is connected between the other terminal sections 11, 12. A feedback resistor 13 is connected between both terminals of one superconductor 2, and a conductor 14 is connected between both terminals of the other superconductor 3, thus forming a feedback circuit. Accordingly, a kind of loop 5 is shaped with due regard while containing the Josephson line 1. a fluxion stopping section 90 is further fitted to one section in the longitudial direction (the circumferential direction on viewing as the loop) of at least the Josephson line 1 in the loop 5. |
