PURPOSE:To slow reciprocating motion of a lever and to decrease the generation of impact noise, by a method wherein a braking device, formed such that a resistance material is located between an actuating member and a stationary shaft, is mounted to the holding body of an electromagnetic device. CONSTITUTION:A braking device 14 is constituted such that a gearlike actuating member 17, rotatably supported on a stationary shaft 16 laterally projected from a support plate 15 secured to a case 1, and teeth 18, geared with teeth formed in the outer peripheral surface of an actuating member 17, are formed in the end part on the plunger 8 side of a lever 3. A gap is formed between the stationary shaft 16 and the actuating member 17, and the gap is filled with oil 19, having high viscosity, working as a resistance material throughout the whole periphery of the stationary shaft 16. Further, the actuating member 17 is rotatably held on the stationary member 16 through the medium of the oil 19. |
