The present invention relates to a register for isolating and adjusting used on an air, gas or low-pressure fluid duct or sheath. This register is characterised in that it consists of two flaps 5A, 6A, 5B, 6B arranged on either side of the central crossmember 2A, securely fastened to the fitting 1A, these two flaps having their articulation axes 30, 31 on either side of and in immediate proximity to this crossmember 2A and opening or closing simultaneously under the effect of a suitable control mechanism. Such registers are used particularly on sheaths for supplying air to laminar flow filters or controlled dust enclosures. <IMAGE>
