PURPOSE:The titled resin composition, containing a graft copolymer prepared by adding a polymer chain of a hydroxyl group-containing acrylic monomer, etc. to a polymer backbone of an acrylic monomer, etc. and a monomer and capable of giving cured articles having improved adhesion to glass, etc., and good chemical resistance. CONSTITUTION:A resin composition obtained by incorporating (A) a graft copolymer prepared by adding a branch chain derived from one or monomers, e.g. hydroxyl group-containing acrylic monomer, amino or alkylamino group- containing acrylic monomer, carboxyl group-containing monomer or vinyl monomer, N-vinylpyrrolidone, an acrylamide derivative expressed by the formula (R<1> is H or CH3; R<2> is H, 1-4C alkyl or acyl) to a backbone chain consisting essentially of structural units derived from one or more monomers of alkyl methacrylates, acrylonitrile, and styrene, etc., with (B) a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated bond.
