STRUCTURE OF SEAT IN VEHICLE

摘要

A seat structure for a cab-over type vehicle prevents disturbance of a driver when a passenger sitting in the front passenger seat passes to the back while the car is in motion. The seat has a reclining lever on one side of the seat for tilting the seat centering around the lower hinge in normal state. When a back seat(4) is pulled back once from normal state, a detecting lever on the other side of the seat releases the lock which prevents the back seat tilting backwardly in normal state, and the back seat is tilted centering around the upper hinge so that the back seat is put on the bottom seat(6) as leaving some space from the gearlever.
