发明名称 FORMATION OF THIN FILM BY ELECTROLYTIC SYNTHESIZING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To form a thin film by an electrolytic synthesizing method on the surface of an electrode plate having high surface resistivity by attaching an auxiliary conductive electrode to the electrode plate having the relatively high surface resistivity and conducting electricity between said electrode and the other electrode in an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:The electrolyte 1 consisting of a soln. mixture composed of K3Fe(CN)6 and FeCl3 is put into an electrolytic cell 2 and the electrode 3 which has a conductive film 9 having >=3OMEGA/sq. surface resistivity, is adhered with the auxiliary electrode 10 consisting of a copper wire 10 by means of a masking tape, etc. to the entire periphery thereon and consists of 'NESA(R)' glass 8, etc. is immersed therein. An electrode 4 consisting of a platinum plate, etc. is immersed as a counter electrolyte in the electrode. A satd. calomel electrode is used as a reference electrode 5. Electricity is conducted to these electrodes from a potentiostat 7 and the Prussian blue film expressed by Fe4[Fe(CN)6]3 is formed on the surface of the electrode 3 by the electrolytic synthesizing method.
