PURPOSE:To ensure the feed of parts without any proper alignment of an article by applying construction wherein each pair of chucks among two or more pairs independently moves in parallel and uniformly. CONSTITUTION:When a pressurized fluid is selectively made to flow into a fluid guide groove 18 by a solenoid valve and the like, built-in pistons 7 and 8 move upward, thereby causing the uniform and horizontal motion of movable chucks 1 and 3, and 2 and 4 toward the center of the chuck body via levers 5 and 6, and 19 and 20. Also, when fluid pressure is relieved from said groove 18 by a solenoid valve and the like, the pistons 7 and 8 move downward on the restitution of springs 11 and 12 as inserted therein, and the movable chucks 1 and 3, and 2 and 4 move toward the outside of the chuck body via the levers 5 and 6, and 19 and 20. As a result, an article whenever chucked is correctively kept at the center of the chuck body and properly by four chucks.
