PURPOSE:To improve uniform heatability in a furnace at a low temperature in a heating furnace for sintering ceramics, etc. by making the fuel setting minimum in the state of low temperature range operation with controlling the air amount and keeping a set value for fuel to air amount ratio in the high temperature range operation. CONSTITUTION:A judgement circuit 11A judges whether the operation is in the low temperature range, high temperature range, or slow cooling range, and a specified control is made through an execution means 11B. In the low temperature range operation a first gas valve V1 is opened, a second gas valve V2 closed, and the first air valve V5 at a specified opening to control a second air valve V6 automatically. With this arrangement supplied fuel is set at a minimum value, and controlled in a low temperature range pattern by means of the air 6A at a set value and air 6B of variable value. In the high temperature range pattern the first gas valve V1 is closed, the second gas valve V3 opened, the first air valve V5 closed, the second air valve V6 automatically controlled, and a third gas valve V4 controlled by interlinkage to keep the fuel to air ratio at a set value. With this arrangement uniform heatability of the inside furnace can be realized. |
