PURPOSE:To optionally convert respective classrooms into lecture rooms and lecture receiving rooms by disposing a change over button of a lecture mode and a lecture receiving mode, a change over button for a lecturer's camera and a lecture receiving scene camera and a change over switch of a lecture receiving scene monitor television between different grounds on a lecturer's desk of respective classrooms and controlling the change over switch by the change over button. CONSTITUTION:Change over switch circuits 2, 3 are controlled by a mode selecting button 1 and as a result, a class room 100 is set to either one of a lecture or a lecture receiving modes. Under the condition in which at first an power source switch 11 is turned on, the lecture receiving mode is constantly set. For instance, the lecture mode is set by the selecting bottom 1, contacts 12, 13 of a video camera change over switch circuit 2 are turned on and an output picture from a camera 4 is transmitted to plural grounds of A and B. In this manner, by operating a mode change over button disposed on a lecturer's desk of the respective classrooms, the respective classrooms can be simply changed over to a lecture room or a lecture receiving room to be used.
