PURPOSE:To obtain a displacement adjusting device with a low cost and the improved durability by rotating a disk valve to the maximum opening position of the passage area of the suction side due to a negative pressure of a suction chamber when starting or running under loads and quickly closing the disk valve when putting at rest. CONSTITUTION:When an engine (not shown in the figure) is started running and a compressor 18 is rotated in the direction of an arrow B, a link rod 46 has been shifted to the right and the rotating central axle of a disk valve 43 is made eccentric from the center of the disk valve 43 which rotates from one extreme position fitting into a suction opening 56 to the other extreme position maximizing the passage area opening of the suction side, therefore, the disk valve 43 can be rotated to the other extreme position maximizing the passage area opening of the suction side due to a negative pressure of a suction chamber 8. On the other hand, when the compressor is put at rest, the disk valve 43 can be quickly closed, thus a displacement adjusting device with a low cost and the improved durability can be obtained. |
