PURPOSE:To improve a vibration proofing effect, to reduce significantly vibrating noises and to relax pains of a person to be tested by molding a coil and a coil frame with a vibration proofing material and forming a layer made of the vibration proofing material with a sufficient thickness. CONSTITUTION:The magnet part of a superconductive NMR image diagnosis system is composed of a superconductive coil 2 contained in a cryostat 1, inclining magnetic field coils 3 and 4 supported by the coil frame 6 disposed in a main coil and a head device 7. The person to be tested 8 is positioned inside the inclining magnetic field coils 3-5. In order to fit the inclining magnetic coil to the coil frame, a coil 9 is temporarily fitted to the coil frame 6, and the vibration proofing material 13 having liquidity before its action is coated and cured in the overall outer peripheries of the coil 9 and the coil frame 6. Thus a high vibration proofing effect can be obtained, and the vibrations of the inclining magnetic field coil and coil frame, which are caused by electromagnetic machinery force, can be remarkably reduced.
