PURPOSE:To connect other devices without affecting adversely an information processor in operation by masking the input signals of both connected devices and releasing the masking with the aid of an input signal masking release permitting signal after connection. CONSTITUTION:An inter-device interface 50 is composed of an insertion data S2, a read data S4, an input signal masking signal S6, an input signal masking releasing siganl S7 and a grounding line 51. All of them are connected to an inter-device interface control part 40 through an inter-device interface connecting part 60. When an analyzer 10 is not connected to the information processor 20, the read data inputted to the analyzer 10 and the insertion data S2 inputted to the information processor 20 are masked and connected. Then, when an automatic return switch 71 is depressed, the masking is released.
