ADHESIVE FOR SILICONE RUBBER

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled adhesive capable of providing a strong bonding between a silicone rubber to org. materials such as plastics, which comprises a specific organosiloxane, a catalyst for condensation reaction and an org. peroxide. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. organopolysiloxane having a degree of polymerization of 2 or higher and represented by the formula (wherein R<1> is an alkyl or aryl; R<2> is an alkenyl; R<3> is H or an alkyl; a is 0.01-1.0 on average; b is 0.1-2.0 on average; c is 0.1-2.5 on average; and a+b+c=1-3 on average) is mixed with 0.01-200pts.wt. catalyst for condensation reaction (e.g.: tetraisopropyl titanate) and 0.1-300pts.wt. org. peroxide (e.g.: di-tertbutyl peroxide) under such an environment that the humidity is as low as possible. The mixture is stored in a hermetically sealed container.
