PURPOSE:To obtain pure water having appropriate pressure by conducting deaeration and removal of foreign matters by generating swirling stream of water with nozzles provided to the peripheral wall of a tank and by adjusting the pressure of the water. CONSTITUTION:Water introduced from a water source through a water feeding valve 3 into a tank 1 is jetted along the internal periphery of the tank 1 forming swirl stream. Foreign matters having larger specific gravity contained in the introduced water are drifted to the peripheral part of the tank 1 by the swirl stream and accumulate in an external peripheral part of a base plate 13. On one hand, air is gathered to the top of the center of the tank 1 because of its smaller specific gravity and accumulates in a vent pipe 7 provided to the center of the cover plate, and discharged from an air discharging valve 8. Fine foreign matters or air which are not separated by the swirl stream are captured by a filter 14 installed to the central part of the tank 1 where the flow rate of the swirl stream is small. Purified water flows into the rear side of the base plate 13 through a hole at the center of the base plate 13, and is fed from a blowing port 4 to a pipe line connected to a blow-out valve 5.
