PURPOSE:To prevent the excessive supply of fuel after start by installing a temperature sensing operating apparatus which corresponds to the temperature in a case, into a governor case, and operating said apparatus onto a governor lever. CONSTITUTION:The upper edge part of a governor lever 7 is interlocking- connected to a fuel increasing/decreasing rack 20, and plate parts 7a and 7b are formed at the lower edge part and opposed to the lower half part of a tension lever 8. A recessed part 8a is formed at the lower edge part of the tension lever 8, and a start spring 25 is arranged in the recessed part 8a. A temperature sensing operation apparatus 26 is installed further at the lower edge part of the tension lever 8, and a projecting rod 27 projecting forward is opposed to the plate part 7b of the governor lever 7. Therefore, the excessive supply of fuel after start can be prevented.
