PURPOSE:To enable increase of a working response velocity and decrease of a minimum working voltage, by a method wherein a non-magnetic pipe is disposed between a magnetic pipe, on which a moving core is slidably situated, and a fixed core. CONSTITUTION:A moving core 15 is situated on a magnetic pipe 2 in a slidable state, and a passage 12 for injection, opened and closed depending upon slide of the moving core 15, is provided. A non-magnetic pipe 20 is placed between the magnetic pipe 2 and a fixed core 3a, and a space therebetween is liquidtightly held without using an O-ring and is shut off magnetically. A non- magnetic layer 15a is formed throughout the whole range of a slide part between the outer peripheral surface of the moving core 15 and the magnetic pipe 2. This prevents throttling of magnetic flux, decreases an air gap Gs, and increases a suction force. This decreases a minimum working voltage, and improves a working response velocity.
