PURPOSE:To output the log of a central processing unit in a microprogram address by allowing the central processing unit to perform the communication control together with a service processor when the microprogram address coincides with a microprogram address for trace. CONSTITUTION:It is always detected by an address data coincidence detecting circuit 13 whether address data in a microprogram address register 10 coincides with output data 114 in a storage circuit 12 indicated by an output signal 113 of an address register 11. Address data coincidence detection signal 115 sets an R-S flip flop 14. A negative logic output 116 of the flip flop 14 suppresses a set signal 117 by an AND circuit 15. Simultaneously, a positive logic output of the flip flop 14 is outputted to a communication control signal line 119. When receiving the communication control signal, an SVP 1 detects that the present microprogram address of a CPU 2 coincides with the microprogram address for trace, and the SVP 1 outputs the log by a scan path 120.
