PURPOSE:To equalize load to reduce local wear by operating the finish-worked sliding parts of a jack before regular operation to eliminate local contact, phosphating the sliding parts, and forming dry films of a solid lubricant. CONSTITUTION:A screw rod 1, a worm wheel 2 for driving the rod 1 and a worm 3 are finish-worked. A lubricant is applied to the screw sliding part of the rod 1, they are assembled, and test operation is carried out under load. They are disassembled, degreased and washed, and the male and female screw parts as both sliding parts are phosphated to form phosphate films. The sliding parts are further treated to form dry films of a solid lubricant, and the parts are baked and assembled again. |
