PURPOSE:To prevent the penetration into an Al pipe by inserting a bar into the Al pipe of the connecting part after inserting Al pipe into the connecting port of an Al made accumulator, and pulling out the bar pipe after welding the connecting part and Al pipe. CONSTITUTION:An Al pipe 5 is inserted from one part of the connecting part 1a of Al made accumulater 1 and from the other part of the connecting part 1b the rod 6 (stainless steel rod) of heat resistant and undepositing quality to Al having the outer diameter less than the inner diameter of the Al pipe 5 is inserted into the Al pipe 5. In this state, the welding is performed on the periphery of the end face of the connecting part 1a of the accumulater 1 and the bar 6 is pulled out after welding the connecting part 1a and Al pipe 5. The penetration into the Al pipe 5 is thus eliminated at the welding time and the pressure loss of a refrigerant is reduced because of the regrigerant path being not barred.
