<p>PURPOSE:To obviate the unstableness and deterioration in device characteristic by the influence of Na ion by using a dye prepd. by substituting the Na ion contained in an acid dye with an amine having specific structure as a dye for dyeing a dye layer as a color filter. CONSTITUTION:The dye layer 14 is formed by coating a radiation sensitive resin layer 13 on the region on a silicon substrate 10 where photocell parts 11 and bonding pads 12 thereon are included then coating a dye base material constituted by using at least one of the group consisting of protein high polymers contg. a polypeptide bond such as gelatin, casein, glue, albumin and shellac, PVA and polyamide. The deterioration of the device such as CCD and MOS transistor by the influence of the Na ion is thereby prevented and the stability of the device characteristics is improved.</p> |
