PURPOSE:To reduce by half the installation space of a driving system in a transfer of a screw driving system by restricting the maximum of acceleration by software and exercising optimum speed adjustment control in accordance with parameters of an optimum speed and speed adjusting time. CONSTITUTION:In a control system Co of a driving motor M for driving a screw rod, an optimum speed adjustment curve is preliminarily programmed in a controller C. A command signal from the controller C is transmitted through a servo amplifier SA to the driving motor M to impart rotation to the motor M. The rotating speed of the motor M is detected by a tachogenerator TG, which returns the speed to the servo amplifier SA for feedback control to obtain an appropriate speed. The motor M is also directly connected to an encoder E, which feeds back a position control feedback pulse to the controller C. The operational speed of the transfer by the screw rod is so controlled as to form an optimum curve in which the maximum of acceleration is restricted and maximum speed and speed adjusting time are parameters. |
