PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent mechanical properties, thermal properties and dimensional stability and improved thermal stability in processing, consisting of a polyether ketone and a potassium titanate fiber. CONSTITUTION:A potassium titanate fiber having a free potassium content of 0.27-0.4% obtd. by a firing, melting or hydrothermal process is fired at 500 deg.C or above, or treated with water or an acid to leach free K2O, thus obtaining a potassium titanate fiber (B) having a m.p. of 1,300-1,350 deg.C, an average fiber length of 5-150mum, an average fiber diameter of 0.05-2.0mum and a free potassium content of 0.25% or below. 30-95wt% polyether sulfone (A) having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.3-2.6 and contg. at least 25wt% repeating unit of formula I and not more than 25wt% of each of repeating units of formulas II-IV is melt-mixed with 70-5wt% component B.
