PURPOSE:To facilitate the monitoring of a load current by the flashing of a light emitting diode and the brightness at the lighting thereof, by connecting the light emitting diode and a resistance between terminals of a part connected to a DC smooth section. CONSTITUTION:A light emitting diode 7 and a resistance 8 are connected in parallel to a choke coil 4 to handily monitor a load 5 to check that it is opened or closed or how much current flows. The resistance 8 is set beforehand when the load current is zero, so that no current will run to the light emitting diode 7. If so, the brightness of the light emitting diode 7 will be determined in proportion to the load current value and thus, the ON or OFF state of the load or whether the load current is small or large can be displayed handily depending on the brightness of the light emitting diode 7.
