PURPOSE:To reduce a cooking time and improve a thermal efficiency by a method wherein a wind tunnel having a blower and a heater of specified temperature composed of a thermistor of positive characteristic is arranged within a case, air is taken into the unit out of or in the case so as to perform a heating operation and both heating and maintenance of heat are made with the heated air. CONSTITUTION:Air out of or in the case 1 is fed into the wind tunnel 2 by a blower 3, heated by a thermistor 5 of positive characteristic and made into a heated air and fed into the case 1 so as to perform a heating operation. At this time, an adjustment of intake of surrounding air is performed by an air adjusting valve 3, thereby a temperature of hot air and its increasing time are adjusted. With this arrangement, it is made possible to reduce a time and improve an efficiency. |
