PURPOSE:To eliminate clogging, to enable high speed recording and to easily and certainly perform maintenance and color replacement, by integrating a recording medium, an ink supply means, a recording medium driving mechanism part, a container part and a seal member to form a cartridge. CONSTITUTION:A film 2, ink supply members 37, 39, a film driving mechanism part 144, a container part for holding these elements and a seal member for prescribing the accessing of air inside and outside the container part and ink 4 are integrated to form a film cartridge 40. Because this film cartridge 40 is made freely detachable, maintenance and color replacement etc. can be easily and certainly performed. Further, by covering the part of a piercing window 40a with a lid 85, the leakage of air inside and outside the container of the film cartridge 40 or recording ink 4 of said cartridge 40 can be prevented and the film cartridge 40 having exhausted its life can be discarded without contaminating the outside. |
