1. Process for the preparation of an enamelled conductor of low friction coefficient having a metallic core (2), at least one coating of electrically insulating enamel with an inner permanent lubricant being incorporated therein, not resulting in a depression of the initial temperature coefficient of the insulator, and a pellicle of an external lubricant, characterized in that it comprises : at least - in a stage of preparation of a coating of final enamel (4) of the enamelled conductor of a usual electrically insulating material such as a polyester, a polyester imide, a polyvinyl-formaldehyde, a polyamide imide, polyurethane, an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin, a polyimide, incorporating into said coating of a solid permanent inner lubricant in particulated or granulated form (6) consisting of a wax selected from a wax of the family of polyethylenes, a wax of polyvinylether, a wax of fluoropolymer, a wax of polyamide of low molecular weight, and - realizing of a rise of particles or granules of said solid inner lubricant (6) to the surface of said coating of final enamel (4) by a thermal treatment at a temperature above 600 degrees C, preferably between 600 degrees C and 700 degrees C, - applying onto the coating of final enamel (4) provided with inner lubricant in the form of granule or particle, of a pellicle of an external lubricant selected from the lubricating oils, the waxes of natural or synthetical origin. |
