<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the adhesion of a paint or the like to a main transporting device by a method wherein a work to be processed, transported to the entrance of a processing chamber by the main transporting device bypassing the processing section, is delivered to and transported by the transporting device of the processing section when a process such as painting or the like is effected on the way of a transporting line. CONSTITUTION:A carriage 3, came from a fore operating section, supports the work 35 to be processed through a pallet 30 and runs along the transporting line integrally with a dolly 9 by receiving the driving force of a driving device 6. Thereafter, when the carriage 3 is stopped at the entrance of the processing chamber, a shifting device 57 at the side of the entrance is operated, the work 35 to be processed is held and lifted up by a gate frame 65 together with the pallet 30 to send them forward, thereafter, is lowered on transporting bars 40, 41 for the transporting device of the processing section. According to this method, the work 35 is transferred intermittently in the processing chamber and the process such as painting, grinding or the like is applied during the intermittent transfer. On the other hand, the carriage 3 runs on a bypassing path at the outside of a surrounding body while the work 35 to be processed is disposed on the carriage again at the exit of the processing chamber.</p> |
