<p>PURPOSE:To freely change the obverse and reverse of a recording paper and discharge the paper by switching two discharged paper transport paths. CONSTITUTION:Discharged paper transport guide plates 61, 63 and a paper discharge tray 64, a part of which also serves as a discharge paper transport guide, are fixed to a device on the outlet side of a paper discharge roller 60. Further, there is provided a movable discharged paper transport guide plate 62 integral with a sliding portion 62a capable of moving along a guide of a pin 71 fixed to the inner surface of a side wall 70. When a switch knob 62d is moved downward on right, a guide portion A is formed so that a discharge recording paper is bent by the transport guide plates 61, 62, and reversed to be discharged on a paper discharge tray 65 with an image surface thereof down. On the other hand, when the switch knob 62b is moved upward on left, the dischaged paper guide plate 62 gets close to the discharged paper guide plate 62 to closely adhere thereto, so that the space with the paper discharge tray 64 increases to form a guide portion B. Therefore, a discharged recording paper is discharged on a step portion 64a of the paper discharge tray 64, with an image surface thereof up, and stacked thereon. Thus, the condition of an image can be always observed.</p> |
