PURPOSE:To protect memory data from the destruction of a memory for memory elements which are caused with the generation of impulsive noises or sparks, by writing double the same data within a memory element. CONSTITUTION:The digital data between addresses 80 and 8F, AO and AF, CO and CF and EO and EF are related with the original function. The data equal to those digital data are written preliminarily between addresses 90 and 9F, BO and BF, DO and DF and FO and FF respectively. As a result, the data are never destructed over the different address columns. Thus the spare data can be read out even in case the original function data has a trouble.
