PURPOSE:To obtain a prepreg effective to prevent the shift of the interlocked point of the warp and the weft in shaping, and capable of giving a uniform FRP molded article having curved surface, by impregnating a B-stage thermosetting resin to a woven fabric fixed by a specific fixing agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective prepreg for forming a fiber-reinforced resin is produced by impregnating a woven fabric of reinforcing fiber with B-stage thermosetting resin, wherein said fabric is fixed with a fixing agent which does not melt at the shaping temperature in the molding of the fiber-reinforced resin but melts at the molding temperature. The fixing agent is preferably a copolymer of nylon 6 and 12 or a copolymer of nylon 6, 66 and 610, and the amount is 0.4-10wt% based on the warp or the weft.
