PURPOSE:To obtain an accurate averaged time constant by receiving an angle signal from a synchronous electric transmitter by a Scott transformer and converting its output into a phase signal sin (omegat+theta) by a phase shifter and an adder. CONSTITUTION:The angle signal V1 from the synchronous electric transmitter X is converted by the 90 deg. phase shifter into a signal V1', which is added to an angle signal V2 by the adder 2 to obtain a signal shifted by theta from sin omegat. The signal is waveform-shaped and inputted to a phase difference measuring circuit 3 as sin (omegat+theta). A signal for comparison, on the other hand, is waveform- shaped and inputted as sin omegat to the phase different measuring circuit 3, so that phase difference=angle theta is converted a digital or analog value. |
