<p>PURPOSE:To decrease as less as possible the waiting time of the patients by using a window processor, a clinical chart retriever, a consultation room processor and a patient calling device, etc. to process a consultation ticket made of a visible magnetic card. CONSTITUTION:When a consultation ticket Cd made of a magnetic card of a non-fist visit patient is put into a window processor A, the position of a medical chart is shown automatically by a clinical chart retriever B based on the data read out of the ticket Cd. Then the ticket Cd is accepted and this acceptance number is set automatically. This acceptance number is displayed visibly at a display part of the ticket Cd. Then a calling counter is advanced by a consultation room processor when the consultation is through. The acceptance number is displayed at the number display part of a patient calling device D. Thus the waiting patient can collate the number shown on his/her ticket Cd with the number displayed on the device D.</p> |
