PURPOSE:To enable the verification of a measuring instrument to be surely performed by detecting the unchanging state of a measurement information and deciding and alarming an abnormality without a change when the unchanging state continues for a predetermined period. CONSTITUTION:A system comprises information-storing means 12, normality information storing means 13, decision information storing means 14 and abnormality- monitoring means 15. A collected measurement information is updatedly stored in the means 12 and the difference between this information and the latest normal value stored in the means 13, after calculated by the means 15, is compared with a decision information preset in the means 14. When the difference is larger, a normal state is decided and the measurement information is updatedly stored in the means 13. When the difference is not larger than the decision information, a state without a change is decided. Further, the duration of the state without the change is measured and, when the duration is smaller than a predetermined preset value, the state without the change in a normal state which is one mode in the process of a measurement is decided. When the duration is not smaller than the preset value, the abnormality of a measuring instrument without a change is decided and informed thereof. |
