PURPOSE:To aim at reducing heat loss, by arranging a pipe line through which a bypass stream flows, in the vicinity of a control valve, and by recovering the fluid of the bypass stream into a lower pressure system. CONSTITUTION:The fluid of a bypass stream in a pipe line 33 laid in the vicinity of valve 34, 35 and an outlet pipe line 36, heats the valves 34, 35 and the outlet pipe line 36, indirectly. With this arrangement, the fluid whose temperature has been slightly lowered, is led into a low pressure system from the pipe line 33, and therefore the recovery of heat may be made, thereby it is possible to reduce heat loss.
