摘要 PURPOSE:To make two synthetic resin materials join easily and strongly without deteriorating strength of both the synthetic resin materials, by making use of a thing wherein a groove is formed on a part making into contact with a synthetic resin material as a weld horn applying an ultrasonic wave. CONSTITUTION:A board member 2 composed of polypropylene resin is put upon the upper part of a board member 1 composed of a styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer. An untrasonic wave is applied to a weld horn 3. The board member 2 pressed against the board member 1 by the tip part 3b is heated and melted by a vibration of the tip part 3b based on the ultrasonic wave. The board member 2 unheaves upward along the external circumferential surface and a spiral groove 3c of the tip part 3b. An insertion of the horn 3 is topped by abutting a main body 3a against an abutting surface 2b. An anchoring effect is generated by mixing up a molten matter 4 with each other through the spiral groove 3c being formed on the tip part 3b, rising is prevented through a semi- spherical recessed part 3d of a main body 3a and a part of the board member 2 is covered with the molten matter 4. The board member 1 and board member 2 are joined strongly by curing them naturally in a state wherein anchoring effect is generated.
