PURPOSE:To make possible automatic dilution without providing particularly a dilution line by adding a diluting liquid to reaction vessels in which reagents are dipensed in the stage for adding the reagents to said vessels. CONSTITUTION:A reaction line 8 arranged with the many reaction vessels 7 in a circular shape rotates by as much as the half rotation plus one reaction vessel in an arrow direction. The vessel 7 into which the sample 2 is discharged is moved to a reagent discharging position. The addition of the reagent is executed by sucking the reagent with a reagent syringe 12 set to a reagent table 9, rotating and moving a reagent arm 13 an discharging the reagent into the vessel 7. The dilution of the reagent 2 is executed by putting preliminarily water into a reagent bottle 10 in place of the reagent and adding the water to the vessel by a probe 11 to dilute the smaple in the stage of adding the reagent to the vessel 7 in which the sample 2 is dispensed. The sample is then stirred by a stirring bar 19. The automatic dilution of the sample is thus made possible without providing the dilution line. |
