The present invention relates to a buckle intended to be fastened to the end of a band whose extremity is folded over and fastened in order to form a fold, of the type comprising two arms 21, 22 connected via a spacer 23 in which one of the arms 21 comprises, at its free extremity, a guide bearing 27 equipped with an opening 28, and the other arm 22 comprises, at its free extremity, a locking bearing 29 equipped with an opening 30. The said buckle also comprises a linking rod 24 equipped, at one of its extremities, with a stop head 25 and, at its other extremity, with a locking means 26.
